When I was spoke English with teacher or other students. It was usually happen communication breakdowns because my English was not good and vocabulary not so much. When you communication breakdowns the consequences is you can not tell people what do you want. So, if you don't want to communication breakdowns you need to study more and more also when people they don't understands you can give an example.
